The project's aim is the implementation of a prestigious office building on the seashore. To keep some views to the see from the road, the office has been separated into five blocks, connected by a gateway. All the structure (slab, beam, walkway, pillars, bracing, foundations), as well as the assembly elements, have been dimensioned and presented by formwork and reinforcement schemes.
All the documents have been produced by the mean of the software Revit and we applied a BIM methodology.
